EQUIVELENT FUNDING IN PREVENTION.
As a victim of assault/crime i would much prefer the assault never took place. I’m still happy when they catch the bad guy but would prefer prevention.
The helicopter has helped in a few cases in ur neighbiourhood but it is not a cost effective use of ttaxpayers money.
